Welcome to the homepage of Fallen Feathers! We are a wildlife rescue, rehabilitation facility, and an exotic bird rescue located in Northwest Phoenix, Arizona.
Post-pandemidic Modifications:
At this time, please bring birds to us directly. There are cages outside for drop-off and volunteers are checking the door regularly. If you need to contact us, please use Facebook Messenger from our page.
Safe, contact-less service is available at any time with our front porch drop off.
Our Mission:
We help orphaned, lost, and injured wild birds all over Arizona with the goal of rehabilitating them back to health and releasing them back into the wild.
We also assist in locating the homes of lost, domesticated exotic birds.
Have an injured or orphaned bird?
We cannot pick up birds (with the exception of raptors – if a volunteer is available).
For quickest care, please bring the bird directly to us.
If volunteers are not available, there are cages on the porch for drop off purposes; food and water is available.
Unsure if a bird needs care? – see our tips here.
If still unsure, contact us via one of our social media contacts:
About Us:
Our primary mission is to feed, house, and rehabilitate birds. Additionally, we provide educational presentations to the public upon request and based on availability.
Medical care is supplemented through Dr. Hillary G. Frank, DVM, DIP. ABVP (Avian) at North Central Animal Hospital.
We are a Non Profit 501(c)(3) organization, allowing us to accept your tax-free donations. Your charitable gift helps us to get the materials we need to continue to run our facility, such as aviaries, carriers, food, medical supplies, etc. Please visit the Donation page, or use the “Donate” button located on this page. We welcome supply donations, as well as monthly reoccurring payments on the Donations page. If you’re looking for a charity, we’ve got big dreams and lots of beaks to care for.
